4/14 Computer Lab Assignment

Hello 4th Graders!

Welcome to another computer lab assignment! :-)

Here's your to-do list:

1. Watch BrainPop's Angles video. Then take the REVIEW quiz.
2. Follow along with the Study Jam crew as they discuss Measuring Angles. Click on the Step by Step-- you'll need to complete this FIRST. Then you'll need to click on Test Yourself. Finally, you can sing a bit of karaoke if you like :-)
3. One more Study Jam-- Classifying Angles. First Step by Step, then Test Yourself.
4. BBC- Bitesiz- Water Squirting Game 
5. Now that you've worked on angles, it's time to do some work with symmetry. Follow along with the Links Learning lesson on Symmetry and complete the activities at the end.
6. Check back in the with Study Jam Crew for more Symmetry practice. Step by step, then Test Yourself.
7. Optional: For a symmetry CHALLENGE try this one: Geometry Quilts.

When you are done, you need to do at least 15 min. of Type to Learn.

Then you may explore the following areas of portaportal:

• Virginia Studies> Civil War
• Wordplay/Vocabulary
• Reading> Online Books
