Welcome to Pumpkin Math Day! This morning is going to be VERY messy. It will be very important for everyone to listen carefully to directions. We want to collect accurate data... So that when we construct our histogram, our graph is as perfect as it can be!

To-Do List:

1. Complete your morning routine! Don’t forget about snack and Friday Folders (still missing some).
2. On your desk is your pumpkin math data sheet. Start on your predictions now.
3. If you finish your predictions, read the hypotheses on the attached sheet (“A Patch of Hypotheses”). Put check marks next to the ones you think will prove true and Xes next to those you think will prove false. For #6, you need to come up with your own hypotheses.
4. If you finish early, pull out a book and read.
