REMINDERS!:
- Day 3 of Turn off the TV Week! Last night was the 2nd night without screens... What did you do to exercise your creative muscles?
- This is Secretary Appreciation Week. How can we best show our appreciation of the secretaries and administrative staff that do so much to make TJ great?
- You need to return 3 pieces from your report card packet (the yellow envelope, the blue cover, and the parent comments/signature). The rest is for you to keep!
THIS MORNING:
- We’ll continue to explore the long-term effects of the Civil War and slavery.
- Let’s do a vocab sort race after announcements.
MATH NOTES: Hocutt, Szachowicz, and Evans need to bring a book!
To-Do List:
- Turn in any important papers to the “Notes for Ms. Bragg” box (like report cards and signed tests).
- Complete your morning routine! Don’t forget about snack.
- Grab your team’s baggie of vocab and definition cards from the front of the room. Match them... Then be sure to check your sentences for correct writing conventions (capitalization, spelling, punctuation, etc.)... We’re going to really work on developing good writing habits this quarter!
